Delivery fee
The prices don't include delivery fee (shipping costs).
The delivery fee will be added to the total value of products: bouquets, flower arrangements,
gift baskets or other goods at the checkout page. All taxes are included in the price.
An additional delivery charge may require for some destinations (if not listed below), our staff will contact you if required.
Please see below to find the delivery fee for your destinations as it depend from a city of the recipient.

To place an order, just select products from our online catalogue created by Ukraine's florists.
Additional notes regarding flower and gift delivery
- We shall make for you if you will order at us for free of charge:
Free translation of your Card Message (no more than 50 words),
Free One Greeting card for the order.
- We recommend placing orders at least 48 hours in advance of requested
delivery date.
- Our messenger calls the recipient using one of the phone numbers given by you
and then at the appointed time comes to the recipient and delivers the flowers
and gifts.
- In the event the recipient's address is incomplete or does not include phone numbers,
we shall generally attempt to contact the recipient via telegram prior to delivery.
In this case we shall ask the further instructions from you.
- In case a recipient is absent at the appointed time and place, the messenger leaves
a note to a recipient with the request to receive the order at the local office
of the Ukraine-Flower .com.
(it is left to the messenger's discretion if you have not mentioned another method
of delivery).
- You may mention in the field "Other notes or instructions:" the messenger's
action order in case your recipient is absent. Tell us in the field "Other notes or instructions:"
a reserve address in this city where we can deliver the order (relatives, friends, work)
and we will deliver your order to this address.
- Our messenger will make every effort
to find the recipient, however flowers orders cannot be returned if the recipient's
address is incorrect.
- Please enter all address information and card messages using "English"
characters only. We will arrange Russian translation of your card message if requested.
