Ordering flowers and gifts the Customer confirms one's own entire agreement with our
Terms and conditions.

Our company deliver the orders within 2 day after the payment confirmation.
The customer will receive an automatic reply by email when the customer place the order, and a personal reply once the order has been fully processed for delivery. We recommend placing orders at least 2 day in advance of requested delivery date.

All questions that may arise you can apply to our Customer Service or email us. Our Customer Service works 24 hour 7 days per week.

Payment by a credit card

Please take into account, that it is necessary 24 hours minimum after payment before your order will be shipped.
The charge will appear on your credit card statement as 'Umocom Service, LLC'.
