Flower and Gift Delivery

The Customer gives full and right information about the recipient, exact address of the recipient, a phone number of the recipient. You can also specify a preferred delivery date and we will do our best to accommodate.
We can deliver order within 48 hour after the payment is confirmed. (Usual delivery time is 24-36 hours from the order time and take into the time difference in different cites.)
The delivery of the order will be carried out in 7 days per week and delivery time is from 9 AM to 9 PM.
You will receive an automatic reply when you place your order and a personal reply once your order has been fully processed for delivery.

Responsibilities

The company does not guarantee safety of the order after it has been delivered at the time of absence of the recipient in the order discussed above. The Customer carries the entire responsibility for all recipient's discomfort due to fraudulent chargebacks.

Substitution policy

Ukraine-Flower.com has a right to change the colour and kind of ordered flowers and gifts depending on the region and the season and to deliver flowers and gifts of the available colour and kind for the same money given by the Customer (re-computation will be done in prices of Ukraine-Flower.com).

Pricing

All product prices are presented in U.S. dollars.

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you wish to change or cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible to
Customer Service or email us.
We are happy to accommodate requests for changes or cancellations as long as we receive them before the order has been sent out on delivery or prepared for shipment.
48 hour advance notice is necessary to assure a cancellation or any changes to your order. An order cannot be cancelled or changed after it has been sent out on delivery or prepared for shipment.
The Customer can cancel an order no later than 48 hour before the day of delivery.
An order can not be cancelled later than 48 hour before the day of delivery.
If an order was paid by credit card - completely refunding: this will automatically refund the charges back to the customer's credit card.
If an order was paid in a different way except for the bank service charges (depending on the payment method).
